The list is long and many of these things can be blamed on any number of conditions. My most un-favorite is you’re just getting older or it’s a woman thing
It is time that we as women begin to take our own health seriously. We all to often are more concerned about those around us than with our own health. NO There is no such thing as BALANCING your hormones but we can do what is available to us to help them fluctuate in the best possible manner. We can eat well, take proper supplementation and avoid toxins. Exercise and managing stress are also super important in the quest to regulate and optimize our ever changing bodies.
